  As a Realtor and small business owner I cannot stress enough the value of a great Insurance Agent. Kevin and his staff are very service orientated. We insure house, cars, toys, valuables, and Life with Kevin's Allstate agency. We had an unfortunate incident with upstairs plumbing putting out enough water to pour out of the garage a floor below, through the walls. A large portion of our home was affected. Needless to say we were dreading the typical denials, out of pocket expenses, and run around one usually receives. Kevin even called us from his home after hours to put us at ease and throughout the process of remediation and repairs he was constantly checking in. Service like that is a rare find today. Kevin, Kendra, and his whole staff are amazing, the best insurance Agent my wife and I have ever had.

  This has definitely been my best experience with an auto insurance company. The true test of an insurance company is how they respond when you have to file a claim or when you have questions about your coverage. They are thorough, pleasant, professional, quick and genuinely happy to ensure customers are covered for all the worst-case scenarios in life. They work to earn and keep your business constantly.
