- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆When someone honest is trying to find out the truth in a relationship of 35 plus years and has never once hit nor abused his wife. The law should not penalize me for seeking the truth as to why my wife suddenly changed personality and was allowed to get a rest order approved in the first place. There was never any evidence of a need for an RO nor adding my daughter and son in law to such a :window" A fill in judge who was probably 90% retired never gave me a chance to speak in court and pronounced a 5 year extension. On someone with no criminal record and certainly no violence in the marriage. The law always takes the word of women and believe it or not ...there are decent husbands who love and want to know why someone honest would forge insurance documents and vandalize my property and change the locks on our home. If I was guilty of abuse ? Then why did she run away and let me stay when she could have kicked me out... Setting bail on a bogus arrest (misdemeanor) at 500K was a travesty of justice. Cost me my retirement money just to breathe air again... All the RO has done is hide her affair and prevent any chance of saving the marriage.
