- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The only reason why this bank will get a 5 star from me is because of the banker that really rescued my day. I was visiting some friends and we were about to go eat. I needed cash fast but I left my debit card in Reno and so I headed over to the wells fargo. I sat and waited for a banker for a long time, the lady who greeted us seem to be completely clueless as to what she was doing. Offered us a bottle of water, we accepted, and she never gave it to us. If you are looking for a banker who will give you that extra time to take care of you I would suggest to go to Mr. Kim he is a very nice man and took very good care of me during my visit.By A Google User, September 01, 2017
